William Carey asked his supporters to "hold the ropes" for him while he obeyed the call to go to India. The Lord has been teaching me the sacrifice of those who hold the ropes for us. We have been encouraged by supporting churches and how people are praying for the work in Australia. The sacrifice has been evident even by families choosing to miss watching their favorite team play in the playoffs, so that they can take us out to lunch after a morning service. We thank God for you all and the support for this ministry, thank you!
It was an extra special time being able to see family for the holidays. The food was great and, of course, the fellowship was memorable. Now we look forward to finishing our report ministry. Please pray that the Lord would continue to protect as we travel during the winter months.
