Dear Praying Friends,
This will be the last blog from this side of the world.  In just a few short weeks we will be heading back to the States for our first furlough.  It has been a hectic time packing up and preparing to leave.  One big piece of the puzzle has now be put into place.  The Lord has brought the Winans safely to Melbourne!  It is so very bitter sweet to see our friends again.  We are thankful to be leaving the church in the hands of gifted veterans.
We held an outreach event the last Sunday in June.  We called it "Friend Sunday" and the Lord blessed.  We had eleven adult visitors and three children!  The Gospel was shared and the fellowship afterward was sweet.  May God bless the seeds sown.

Dear Praying Friends,
The month of May was a special month.  Mother's Day, church activities, and a special time away as a family.  Here are the highlights!

Back by popular demand, our poisonous spider encounters.

One of our teenagers, Michael, led singing on our Teen Sunday.

It was a blessing to see the teens getting experience in ministry.

Here are two of the five(!) heaping plates of biscuits and cookies

for our National Day of Thanks.

They were delivered to the local police, fire brigade

and primary school staff.

Phil and Chris Doecke, a family from church, treated us to the Preston Market.

It had venders from all different cultures.  An enjoyable experience.

At our Thursday night Bible study we had a special visitor.  It dropped from the ceiling onto my arm.

This is a white tail spider.  And yes, it is venomous.

Meredith's first piano special at church.  Jesus loves me.

She had help from Dolly Guanzon.

We were able to snap a new family photo after church.
